Land Rover Defender OCTA V8 Gets Milltek Exhaust Treatment

article photo

Milltek has released their ROAD+ performance exhaust system to enhance V8 engine sound of the new Land Rover Defender OCTA.

It's a GPF-back (Gasoline Particulate Filter) twin 80mm system which uses enlarged OE valves but retains OE valve control so has no impact on vehicle emissions while allowing for much improved vocals and a spectacular look.

Available with optional Milltek GT100 exhaust tips in polished, black, brushed titanium, and burnt titanium - or keep OE outer skin for more subtle look.

To make the most of the exciting return of a V8 engine to the Land Rover Defender, Milltek developed a performance exhaust to enhance its sound which they debuted at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Developed to provide a visual and audible upgrade to the OCTA’s impressive 635hp 48v twin-turbo V8 engine, the Milltek exhaust is a particulate filter-back system, meaning the OCTA’s valve control system is retained so there is no impact on emissions.

The twin 80mm ROAD+ system uses larger valves than the originals while preserving the valve control system, matched with a reflective rear silencer design but no centre resonator.

Optional Milltek GT100 exhaust tips available in polished black, brushed titanium and burnt titanium finishes are also available, or the original exhaust tips can be kept if a more subtle look is preferred.

Available to pre-order now.
