The ITG CLK-2 cleaning and maintenance kit is an essential part of owning and running an ITG panel filter or air filter.
You will need to periodically clean your filter and re-protect it with dust retention spray.
All ProFilters are pre-treated with the Heavy-Duty Dust Retention Spray at the factory so this is probably the kit you need rather than the CLK-1 light-duty version.

Yes, an ITG ProFilter can increase performance. It is a high-flow air filter upgrade designed to fit inside the car’s existing airbox. It is designed to provide better filtration than a standard paper air filter while offering a larger open surface area. This can result in increased horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response.
Another critical benefit to note is the environmental one. The ITG ProFilter is designed to be reusable, whereas a single-use paper filter is not. When you replace a single-use paper filter, you are throwing away a filter that is only partially used. With a cleanable filter, you can reuse the filter many times, reducing the amount of waste produced.
Second, cleanable air filters can save energy. When a dirty air filter is used, it can restrict airflow to the engine. This can cause the engine to work harder, decreasing fuel efficiency and increasing emissions. A cleanable filter can help keep the engine running smoothly and efficiently, saving fuel and reducing emissions.
ITG recommends cleaning your ProFilter every 10,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. However, if you drive in dusty or dirty conditions, you may need to clean it more often. For the official ITG cleaning kit, see CLK-2.
UK Deliveries
UK Mainland: We are offering free standard shipping on all orders over £50 which may take 1-4 days. Orders under £50 will be charged at £4.95. Alternatively, you can also choose a Next Day service for £7.85. We send all standard deliveries via Parcelforce and next day services can be either Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx or UPS. All services are fully tracked.
Do you ship aboard (outside the UK)?
Yes we do. To almost anywhere in the World but please be aware that shipping charges are often high when shipping anything bulky. Our overseas orders are usually shipped with DHL, FedEx or UPS so you can track your deliveries online. Deliveries to most European destinations usually take within 72 hours of despatch.
There are a few countries we do not ship to, some of these include Israel, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Nigeria, Macedonia, Syria, Ukraine, Lebanon.
For all customers outside of the UK, the prices on this website will have 20% UK VAT Tax removed at the point of checkout (once you've entered your billing and shipping addresses). However you will likely have to pay some form of Duties / VAT prior to delivery of your goods. You are responsible for paying those charges. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to us. As the shipper, we will be charged again by the carrier to return the goods. This amount will be deducted from any refund you may be due.

We do our best to ensure our stock data is accurate on our website. Products Incorrect / Damaged / Faulty
You must inform us of any damage or shortages within three working days of receipt. If items are missing from your order, it's most likely that they are on backorder and will be despatched when in stock. We are always happy to clarify this if you get in touch.
Products No Longer Required / Ordered by Mistake
You have 30 days to return unwanted items that are unused and in their original condition (including any packaging, tags and labels) with proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt or order confirmation email). Some exceptions may apply. You must always check with us first BEFORE returning the items and we will give you a returns number to help us with processing and identification. Items returned may be subjected to a restocking fee if the goods are damaged or show signs of having been used. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we would recommend using a tracked/insured courier service and we accept no liability for orders returned with no proof of delivery.
